Testimonial

I joined Allison's coaching a couple months ago with a little bit sceptical "what she can tell me" attitude, but she has been great in enhancing part of me that I never thought I had and that shortly helped me to start influencing people around me, get visibility, presence and get more control over my destiny. Allison's coaching came just-in-time for me as - without me knowing - I needed professional coaching to cross from managerial to director level and Allison helped me a lot in that sense. Shortly we developed mutual trust and I found Allison always friendly, highly professional, effective, very focused and an empathetic professional coach. She is using her light touches to make big impact. Highly recommended.

About me
I am over 40, based in Hampshire with my husband and two children. As a child I believed I was heading for a career in the RAF but with a twist of fate ended up in Financial Services! I’ve had a varied career working mostly for Blue Chip organisations like Royal Insurance, before its merger, and more recently Prudential UK PLC spanning the best part of 20 years.
Operational responsibility for a highly regulated product, I understand the complexity of balancing a fiercely competitive future with the moral and legal obligations of the legacy business. I’ve been part of senior teams designing, negotiating and leading successful cultural change initiatives. As a process owner I successfully streamlined processes across multiple product, system and geographical location, and tackled head on the cultural diversity, and resulting retraining and restructuring.
Whilst up to my neck in my Masters Degree, a friend convinced me to take a couple of days out for an introduction to the world of coaching. Within 30 minutes of the course starting, I knew this was where I was heading – I took the plunge and negotiated my way out of the organisation when I realised I had filled my diary with coaching and not the Pension Strategy role I was carrying out…. The rest, as they say, is history.
